Parent Portal

The West Babylon School District is continuing with a feature within the eSchool Parent Portal, known as Contact Verification. This feature allows each parent or guardian to update contact information through their Parent Portal account. This will also allow parents and guardians to change the information as needed throughout the school year.

This feature is an improved method in which student information is collected and updated. This will ensure that district personnel will have accurate and updated information in the event of an emergency. Once this process is complete, you will have access to the Parent Portal, which includes your child's schedule or class placement, available assessments, and attendance history.

Steps to Update Emergency Contacts

To update your emergency contacts for each student individually in the Parent Portal, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your eSchool Parent Portal at WB Parent Portal

    

2. Select a student.

3. You will see a screen that will ask you to update and verify information.

4. Use the "+" to add information and the "x" to remove information.

5. Complete all sections including guardian, emergency contact information, and physician information.

6. Click "Verify" at the bottom of the screen.

7. Be sure "You have verified successfully" appears on the screen.

8. Repeat this process for each of your children.
