In recognition of Earth Day, students at Forest Avenue Elementary School created their own “greenhouses” and planted wheatgrass seeds. Students have been learning about the importance of sunshine and water in caring for their plants. Students will monitor their plants over the next several week and observe their growth while caring for them.
