Senior High School students in 12th grade economics and participation in government classes recently were visited by Town of Babylon officials for insight into local government and policies on Oct. 3. Local officials – including Town of Babylon Supervisor Rich Schaffer, Councilman DuWayne Gregory, Councilman Terence McSweeney, Suffolk County Legislator Jason Richberg and Receiver of Taxes Jennifer Montiglio – spoke about their own personal journeys, the importance of being involved in the local community and government and voting.
