As a culmination to their Red Ribbon Week activities, West Babylon Senior High School hosted an assembly with Stephen Hill, motivational speaker and author, who shared his journey of addiction and recovery with students. Hill spoke to students about his path to addiction, mental health and his struggles prior to getting treatment. Sharing his personal story, he hopes to inspire just one person to seek treatment. Hill is now an author, recovery coach and attorney who advocates for treatment over incarceration for addicts.
