John F. Kennedy Elementary School had a special author visit from former substitute teacher and West Babylon graduate Diana Gorman on Dec. 18. Ms. Gorman visited with first grade and third grade classes for a read aloud of her holiday book “Four Paws from Santa Claus.” The classes discussed the book, plot and characters and then came together in small groups for a game of “Read, Roll and Write” related to the book.
