Student Artwork Celebrates Patriotism

On May 13, Superintendent of Schools Dr. Yiendhy Farrelly joined John F. Kennedy Principal Ms. VanLiew, Mrs. Alfano and the members of the American Legion Sgt. John Sardielo Post 1634 to celebrate some incredibly talented young artists from the West Babylon and Deer Park communities. These students used their creativity to honor the 250-year legacy of freedom and independence in our country. Seeing our history reflected through their eyes was inspiring. We are so incredibly proud of their hard work, vision, and patriotism!
