West Babylon School District has named Michael Logiudice as director of facilities, effective Nov. 27.

Mr. Logiudice most recently worked as an operational supervisor for Consolidated Edison beginning in June 2022. Prior to that, he served as a head custodian for the West Babylon School District from August 2017 to June 2022. He also worked as a custodian in the West Islip Union Free School District from 2011-2016. Mr. Logiudice served in the U.S. Air Force from January 2004 to November 2008.

Mr. Logiudice holds an associate’s degree from Suffolk County Community College. He also is certified in ecological control from the Community College of the Air Force. He is trained in the National Incident Management System and Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
