West Babylon High School’s 2025 homecoming brought students, staff and community members together to celebrate their school spirit, community pride and to cheer on the home team.

The homecoming parade was led by the Marching Eagles Band, with the cheerleading team and junior high football team following behind atop colorful floats. Staff and students from the district’s elementary schools also joined the procession, filling the streets with cheers, smiles and school colors as the community showed their support.

Following the parade, fans gathered at Pape Field to cheer on the Eagles football team as they faced the Newfield High School Wolverines. Throughout the game, the stands overflowed with enthusiastic fans who cheered during the game and the entertaining halftime performance.

Despite a hard-fought effort, the Eagles fell to their opponents with a final score of 7-28. The team showed determination and sportsmanship throughout the game, earning the applause of an enthusiastic crowd.

Homecoming 2025 was a spectacular event from start to finish and another fond memory for all who participated.
