Congratulations to Jazelle Poole for receiving an Honorable Mention in the Youth Art Month Flag Design Contest. She is a fourth grade student at Tooker Avenue Elementary School and worked under the guidance of Ms. Kelly Myers to create a flag design that promotes art education in public schools.
