In honor of May is Better Hearing and Speech Month, the second-gradestudents at Forest Avenue learned all about hearing health, during a lesson with the school’s Speech Language Pathologist, Miss Bavolar. The students learned the names of each part of the ear and its functions during a language lesson in their classroom. They then had the opportunity to work in small groups to make a model of the parts of the ear out of *Play-Doh*.
