West Babylon Senior High School was recognized as a gold supporter for Autism Speaks, having raised more than $5,400 for the organization by designing and selling T-shirts, holding raffles and selling bracelets.  School administrators and staff were recently honored at the Long Island Chapter Recognition Reception at the Cottage at Milleridge Inn in Jericho.

Autism Speaks is the world’s leading autism science and advocacy organization. It is dedicated to funding research into the causes, prevention, treatment and cure of autism and works to increase the awareness of autism spectrum disorders, as well as advocate for the needs of those affected by autism.
