To celebrate World Snow Day on Jan. 19, students in Mrs. Shah and Mrs. Fitzgerald’s classes participated in academic lessons inspired by snow. Students designed and built sleds that would be capable of bearing a heavy load in the snow. They also created 3D snowflakes and snow people. Students worked to make indoor snow, comparing the properties of both indoor and outdoor snow in the process.
