West Babylon School District celebrated its homecoming with two days of fun-filled activities for the entire school community. On Sept. 30, West Babylon Senior High School held an outdoor pep rally with a carnival theme.

Bounce houses and food trucks were on site as well as carnival games for all ages to enjoy. The West Babylon cheerleaders kept the crowd engaged as they rallied to take on the Copiague Eagles for the football game on Saturday.

Due to the damp weather conditions, the West Babylon Senior High School classes didn’t have the opportunity to show off their homecoming floats. However, as game time approached, the rain cleared, and the community came together to show their support for the West Babylon Eagles. In the matchup against Copiague, the West Babylon football team were able to take home the win with a final score of 49-8. To close out the homecoming celebration, the West Babylon Senior High School held its homecoming dance on Saturday evening.
