In Accordance with The Laws Of New York State:

Please Be Informed That All West Babylon Students Attending Private or Parochial Schools And/Or Child Care Services (Child Care Services Must Be State Approved and in The West Babylon School District Zone Only) For The 2020-2021 School Year a Transportation Request Form must be submitted to The West Babylon Schools Transportation Office on or Before April 1, 2020. The Transportation Request Forms can be obtained from the Place of School Registration, Under Transportation Tab On the District Website or Through the West Babylon Transportation Department (631-376-7780).

This Form Must be submitted Each School Year.
