District to Study Declining Enrollment & Building Utilization

Part of the district’s long range strategic plan and annual goal is to study the impact of declining enrollmentand to evaluate and maximize building utilization.  A study group consisting of administrators,staff and community members will meet for several months.  Their charge will be analyze data objectively and to present their findings to the Board of Education.  The study group will work with facilitators from Western Suffolk BOCES.
