Parent Preseason Athletic Meeting Dates

                                Mandatory Parent Preseason Meeting
A parent or guardian is required to attend a mandatory preseason atheletic meeting before their child is cleared for tryouts.This meeting needs to be done once a year and will cover the following topics:

  • review policies and procedures, some examples are
    • tryouts
    • team information
    • transportation
    • equipment distribution and collection
    • concussions
  • introduce any changes

Additionally various guest speakers will be brought in with relevant information regarding high school athletics.

The dates for the 2013- 2014 school year are as follows:

Aug. 14
Sept. 3- 7 pm ONLY!
Sept. 4
Oct. 23
Dec. 13
Feb. 3
Mar. 13

All dates have a 10 am meeting in Eagle Hall (JHS) and a 7 pm meeting in the PAC (SHS) except where noted.
