Hands-on learning activities took place throughout the day on Nov. 13 when the Junior High School held its STEM Day during science classes. Select students helped to lead classroom lessons, defining vocabulary and sharing STEM-related activities in all grade levels. Some of the hands-on activities included students building towers out of popsicle sticks, designing their own catapults and creating the tallest tower out of pipe cleaners.
