The boys cross country team ran their best race of the season at the Division Championship on Oct. 23.  The team needed a five-runner average of 19:30 to make it the State Qualifier Meet. The team average was 19:06, which bettered last year’s mark by 16 seconds. 

Luke Hauff lead the team and Adam Lindner was the second Eagle across the finish line.  Alex Brodmerkel PR’ed the 5K course breaking the 19 minute barrier. Freshmen Cristian Espitia and Charles Friedel finished the team scoring.  Kyle Adams and Dylan Burks also raced well on the 5K course.  

The Eagles had three All-League Athletes this season.  Adam Lindner was first team All-League.  Brodmerkel and Hauff were selected second team All- League.  The State Championship Qualifier meet will take place on Nov. 2 and the Babylon Bowl at Belmont Lake State Park on Nov. 6 to defend their title.
