In honor of World Read Aloud Day on Feb. 1, students at South Bay Elementary School created a graffiti wall.

Students penned their thoughts on the wall, addressing the seven pillars of the day ¬– belonging, curiosity, friendship, kindness, confidence, courage and hope. Created by South Bay media specialist Kara Levy, students were asked thought-provoking questions throughout the day and their responses filled the graffiti walls outside of the library.
