Meet the District’s New Teachers

To welcome the district’s newest faculty members to the golden eagle family, West Babylon hosted its annual new teacher orientation.

For two days in August, the new faculty met with central office administrators, where they learned about the district’s expectations and policies, the observation process, mentoring, curriculum, instruction and student assessment, certification updates and other management tools. Additionally, the new teachers met with the West Babylon Teachers Association and visited each of their assigned buildings and classrooms.

The administration and staff welcome these individuals to the community and wish them much success in their new positions.
