Tooker Elementary School’s first fifth-grade Wax Museum Day was a huge success. Prior to the event, students researched a famous American. Parents and students spent the afternoon visiting the real-life wax statues.

When a visitor stepped on the star in front of each display, the wax statue, or student dressed as their famous American, came to life and told their accomplishments and historical significance.

“We definitely plan on having more days like this at every grade level next year,” said Principal Charles Germano.
