Celebrating Dr. Seuss’s Birthday

Santapogue students celebrated author Dr. Seuss’s birthday on March 2 with various activities throughout the school day. In addition to creating the iconic red-and-white striped Seuss hats, the students read Dr. Seuss’s books and studied the language he used.

After reading a number of Dr. Seuss books, Yvonne Szpilka’s kindergarten class learned about rhyming and studied how this method was utilized.
