The West Babylon Board of Education and administration wish to extend their appreciation to all residents who voted. The budget, which was approved 1,432 to 532, will enable the district to provide quality instructional and co-curricular programs for students.

“This was an extremely difficult budget season, but with the support of the community and a good working relationship between the Board and central administration, the district was able to create a school budget that maintains the majority of instructional and co-curricular programs and sports,” Superintendent of Schools Anthony Cacciola said. “We thank the entire community for its support.”
